RETREATS
Make room for what matters.
Retreats at Still Waters offer spacious rhythms of rest, prayer, reflection, and deep listening. Participants spend time walking the land, journaling, gathering in direction circles, and practicing attentiveness.
Retreat experiences can serve individuals, ministry teams, and student cohorts seeking renewal, clarity, and a fresh encounter with God.

EMBODIED FORMATION
Listening through relationship and presence.
Equine-assisted spiritual direction offers an embodied way of noticing what is happening within us and around us.
Sessions may take place in the barn, arena, or pasture. Gentle interaction, guided reflection, movement, and silence help participants explore courage, honesty, attentiveness, belovedness, and response.
LEADERSHIP FORMATION
Grounded leaders. Clearer discernment.
Still Waters serves leaders carrying complex responsibilities. Group spiritual direction, communal discernment, and embodied learning create space to navigate transition, conflict, vocational questions, and organizational challenges.
The goal is not simply better leadership performance. It is a more grounded, attentive, resilient way of leading that integrates theology, lived experience, relationships, and the capacity to listen deeply.
